Mental Health and Stress Management

Uncertainty in the workplace and at home can lead to anxiety and stress. This consultation works specifically with the employee on issues that may be affecting their productivity including any current challenges, obstacles or existing limiting beliefs.

An Australian government health study showed that workplaces who actively promote mental health programs and show staff groups that their mental health matters notice a 48% decrease in mental health sick-days across the year.

Stay Fit actively works with individuals, groups and organisations to help break down the stigma in the workplace, develop healthy conversations around mental health in the workplace, provide employers with the tools they need to support staff and last of all allow employees to access new frameworks to help them deal with personal and work related stress.
